CNC Angle Steel Iron Marking Punching and Shearing Production Machine Line for Transmission Towers

Introduction

This line is an Punching, Marking and Cutting machine for Angle steels.. The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Rack and Gear driving feeding by CNC carriage, high efficiency, and high precision. Have single blade and double blades type of cutting for different size range of angles. The machines can do the process on the wide range from 35*35*3mm to 200*200*20mm angle iron

The whole line Consist as follow:

Infeed conveyor

Transverse conveyor & Loading System

Marking Unit

Punching Unit

Cutting Unit

Outfeed conveyor (With unloading device)

The material, located on the transverse conveyor is moved by the chains, then the loading system load the angle material on the infeed conveyor.

The angle clamped and positioned by PLC controlled gripper arm. The material brought in to the marking unit first, there are four groups of character boxes, the Marking unit will mark the right characters according to the program if necessary. Then punching operation can be applied from the 2 sides of Punching Heads. There are three different diameters of punching heads processed automatically according to the program. After punching, the work piece can be cut by Cutting Unit, and unload by outfeed conveyors.

Materials’ lengths which are fed through machine are measured by optical recognition devices placed on machine.angle iron shearing machine

Product Feature:

1. This machine is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.

3. All main cable, such as rotary encoder cable, PLC communication cable is shielding twisted-pair cable imported. Thus, it avoids accuracy error caused by signal interference.

4. Computer with Chinese/English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece. Easy programming and can directly use the program data made by lofting software. Only need to input size of workpiece, diameter of holes, back mark and quantity of workpiece when edit program.

5. The angle line installs supporting & pressing device to meet the requirements of processing angles with bigger bending.

6. The front and rear loading unit has been completely improved, and the new structure combining the guide rail and the spring is adopted. The structure is more reasonable and practical, avoid the defects that the spring of the material can not afford.cnc angle steel marking line
